Wow!

and I don't mean World of Warcraft, I mean an actual exclamation of surprise and awe. What an awesome turn out to last nights meet. A real range of VAG group cars from Seat to VW, some rat, some bling, something for everyone. A huge thanks to everyone who made the effort to come along, both the newbs and the die hard regulars. I didn't count the cars but I would guess at 40 at the peak of the evening. Pics from the meet are now up on the flickr group here and if you took some please sign up to Flickr and add them to the group.

Bring on the August meet and lets make it a huge one as a last hurrah of the English summer!

July Meet is on the horizon

Yeah that's right, another month has flown by and the July meet is merely a week away. Now that that pesky pig bladder kicking tournament has finished the turnout should be a cracker. So if you're in the area and you want to meet some fellow dubbers for a natter, a bite to eat and drink there is no better meet. Last month we had a couple of tasty Rallyes and an amasing 20vT MKI cabby, will your ride be the center of attention this month?

Oh yeah, we now also have a facebook group which you can find HERE.

So the June meet...

..... was a bit quite. I guess a lot of folks were more interested in watching a load of blokes kick a ball round on the telly. A shame as there were some nice cars and once again it was a chilled out night of chatting and mutual appreciation of Dubs. Pix from this month are now in the Flickr group which can be found
HERE. Next months meet will be the 29th July and hopefully a better turnout due to no pesky football tournaments. See you all there!

It's nearly time for the June meet.

That's right internet people, the June BaD-VAG meet is just round the corner and as usual it should be a top evening of cars, food and chat. I mean really, can you think of anything better to do on a thursday night? Answers in the comments section below if you really can. Once again stickers will be available in red or white. If you want one, come and find me and I'll empty your pockets of loose change. I look forward to seeing the usual suspects and hopefully some newbs as well.

Back from the May meet.

Another cracking meet, it seems we're going from strength to strength. A big thanks to everyone who made the effort to come along and handed over some of their hard earned for a sticker or 6. You can find some shots from tonight in the BaD-VAG Flickr pool
HERE. If anyone else took any shots and is on Flickr please add them to the group. If not post a link to your online album in the comments section. Roll on the June meet and keep your eyes peeled on the blog for the first "Bad-VAG Feature Car".
